Anonymous: What do you eat on a regular day? and how many calories?
breakfast is usually eggs
morning tea is usually fruit
lunch is usually a salad &/or meat
dinner is usually a mixture of meat and vegetables
i don’t count calories because I’m a little bit lazy and i know that what ever i have in my own house-which is what i eat on a ‘regular day’-isn’t high in calories. however i know, to maintain my weight whithout doing exercise i am allowed 1200 calories or something like that
