Anonymous: do you know anything about smoothies? i want a fat free smoothie as im on a diet. what ingrediants should i put in? your so pretty by the way
i know that i love them! i guess its tricky to make a fat free smoothie unless you go for a really low fat milk, just use fruits with no extra sweeteners because you simply don’t need it. personally i love this - 3/4 cup of full cream milk and half/whole mango. its really nice and thick and naturally sweet but you could do it with low fat milk of course.
