stay-young-forever-and-always: hi i was just wondering... i am 5 foot 5 and 110 pounds i am really curvy and have a big butt, how can i get leaner legs? i usually eat a banana or apple for breakfast, cheese stick, fruit, and wheat thins for lunch, more fruit for a snack(occasionally a clif bar), and for dinner either grilled chicken with salad(red wine vinegar and olive oil for dressing) meat with salad, or something like that. i eat pasta(whole wheat) about twice a week. i don't eat rice or potatoes. thanks for listening :)
